1. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of Fee., ₹50 will be applied at checkout.


2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email/SMS once your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 Business Days

  • Rest of India: 5-7 Business Days

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues or public holidays.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on our courier partner’s website.

5. Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately, with a photo of the damaged product so we can arrange a replacement.
