Return and Refund
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused and undamaged products in original packaging.
Exchange Requests
For exchange or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Final approval depends on product condition. if approved the replacemnet will be delivered with in 7-10 days.
Non-Returnable Items
used items, and products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved, you must ship the product back to us. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items undergo a quality check. Refunds or exchanges are processed only if the product passes inspection.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t been received, please check with your bank first. If still unresolved, contact us.
Damaged on Arrival
If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 24 hours with photos/videos for quick replacement.
